What is water-fed-pole window cleaning?
Water-fed-pole cleaning is a modern way of cleaning windows from the ground using a lightweight pole, soft brush and purified water.
Unlike traditional ladder-and-squeegee cleaning, it can safely reach upstairs windows, awkward windows and conservatories without putting ladders against your home.
How does pure water clean windows without detergent?
The water is purified before it is used, removing the minerals that can leave marks or residue on the glass.
The brush loosens dirt, while the pure water rinses the glass, frames and sills clean. The windows are then left to dry naturally to a clear finish — without detergent residue.
Will water-fed-pole cleaning leave spots or streaks?
When pure water is used correctly, windows dry clear and streak-free.
A first clean may sometimes need a little extra attention if there is built-up dirt or old cleaning-product residue. After that, regular four-weekly cleaning keeps on top of it and gives a consistent result.
Do you clean the frames and sills as well as the glass?
Yes. Every regular clean includes the external glass, window frames and sills.
This is one of the advantages of water-fed-pole cleaning. Rather than only focusing on the glass, the full window is washed and rinsed for a cleaner, neater overall finish.
Do I need to be at home when you clean my windows?
Not usually. As long as there is safe access around the property, you do not need to be at home for a regular clean.

Yes. Water-fed-pole cleaning allows upstairs windows to be cleaned safely from the ground.
It avoids the need to rest ladders against your property and is especially useful for higher windows, windows above conservatories and areas that are difficult to reach with traditional methods.
Can my windows be cleaned in the rain?
Yes — light rain does not make clean windows dirty. Windows usually become dirty because of dust, pollen, traffic film and dirt from the frames, not because rain lands on clean glass.
With a water-fed-pole system, windows can still be washed and rinsed with purified water in light rain. Cleaning may be rearranged in very heavy rain, high winds, icy conditions or any weather that makes the work unsafe.
